I am a confident, reliable and professional individual with over 10 years experience in the health and social care sector. Qualified to level 3 in Health and Social Care, I possess a naturally caring and supportive demeanour, collaborative team approach and able to manage and prioritise a varied workload. I have experience liaising with healthcare professionals and building positive relationships with patients. I have always had a passion for helping others and having a customer facing role enables me to do this.

My main responsibilities are :

- Managing patient queries via telephone, face to face and email

- Liaising with medical professionals regarding patient referrals

- Making appointments and taking payments

- Cashing up at the end of the day

- Sterilising equipment

- Stock Control

- Greeting patients

- Assisting Podiatrists when needed

- Keeping the Clinic clean and tidy

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal with queries and deescalate complaints

- Confident digital skills

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

- Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with patient

I enjoy going to the gym in my spare time, this gives me the motivation to perform to the best of my ability at work and helps to keep a positive mental attitude.
