Silver Foot Pain Package

At this point I understand that you have been recommended a Silver Foot Pain Package and have decided to proceed with it.

The reason we do these plans is to give our patients the option of peace of mind knowing what the cost will be to achieve their goals versus pay as you go and not being sure where it will end.

This Payment Plan will be taken by direct debit £54.08 from your card once a week, 12 times. We will issue a receipt for the full amount once the treatment plan is complete.

Terms and Conditions;

  • Podiatry appointments must be deemed necessary by your podiatrist

  • Payment plans must be made by direct debit only

  • Missed payments may result in an additional fee to compensate for bank costs incurred

  • Package is non-transferable

  • Refund is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances and is at management’s discretion
