Neuropathy Laser Package
At this point I understand that you have been recommended a course of Neuropathy Laser Therapy and have decided to proceed with it.
That's great because it means we can all move on with getting your feet looking and feeling fabulous again.The reason we do these plans is to give our patients the option of peace of mind knowing what the cost will be to achieve their goals versus pay as you go and not being sure where it will end.
This Payment Plan will be taken by direct debit £99.80 from your card once a week, 5 times. We will issue a receipt for the full amount once the treatment plan is complete.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
1 month of unlimited Chiropody for nail and skin care (as deemed appropriate by the podiatrist)
8 x laser therapy sessions - twice per week for 4 weeks
Terms and Conditions;
Follow up appointments must be deemed necessary by your podiatrist
Payment plans must be made by direct debit only
Missed payments may result in an additional fee to compensate for bank costs incurred
Package is non-transferable
Refund is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances and is at management’s discretion
